THE AI MIRACLE: BAT AI FILE CHECKS IN CONTEXT

In an era where 34 million videos are posted to TikTok daily and YouTube hosts 2.7 billion active accounts generating one billion hours of content every day—equivalent to 115 years of viewing time within a single 24-hour period, IFAs need to get to grips with the digital expansion.

Just ask any Millennial with money, and they are asking their pet AI to build portfolios and make share tips to suit their risk appetite. The speed of digital transformation continues to accelerate. When Katie Melua released “Nine Million Bicycles in Beijing,” the world population stood at 6 billion. Today, that figure has swelled to 8 billion.

Digital is expanding even faster than population growth due to artificial intelligence. Sam Altman says our capabilities are “only limited by the questions that we can ask the AI.” He further proposed that through AI, “we can tap into genius in every area as much as you need.” Altman predicts that “the price of tech will decrease by x10 each year” signals more disruption across the IFA and mortgage broker sector.

Leadership approaches are evolving as well. “You can learn skills, but not strategy,” cautions Jensen Huang of Nvidia, adding, “Don’t let your own personal outlook determine your priorities.”

Morris Chang, founder of TSMC recently reflected on his own company’s meteoric rise in Taiwan, attributing success to “a number of critical strategic decisions that turned out right….Our job as CEOs is to anticipate, and even if I’m not sure exactly where the opportunity is, I still need to be near it…You want to be near the apple when it falls off the tree.”

BAT say, “Compliance is the old C word,” because we know that regulatory frameworks will be re-defined by technological innovation. You can now check files at scale. Potentially hundreds of files can be checked at the same time. Think of the due diligence savings on a business takeover. Think too about past business reviews, and moving to checking 100% of files, pre-sale.

The discussions coincided with Microsoft’s 50th birthday on April 4th. Founded in 1975 with Bill Gates and Paul Allen splitting ownership 60/40, Microsoft’s half-century journey offers perspective on technology’s transformative power – putting armies of typists, secretaries and secretaries out of work. Are there any left?

One tech pioneer recently reflected on Reid Hoffman’s regular Spotify podcast called Possible: “You can design and put it all together, and understand each component intimately, but you still step back and know that this is a miracle. Computing is a miracle.”

BAT are here to show you that AI file checking is also a miracle. You get Consistency, Accuracy, Scale and Cost, all in one, for £10 per file.
