Requesting a new independent file check is changing. We recognised that the previous process for accessing our AI functionality could be confusing, so we have redesigned the experience to make it more intuitive.

From the week commencing 4 May, you will be able to use a new, simplified form.

The updated form is easier to navigate, particularly when uploading multiple advice cases. We have removed the separate tabs, bringing everything into a single, streamlined page. When adding multiple products, you can now upload relevant documents directly against each product, improving clarity and organisation.
