Update: Keyless CRM Arrives to BAT Soon

Next week, BAT will receive an important update, introducing a powerful new capability for all users of Independent File Checks.

Introducing Keyless CRM

Keyless CRM enables BAT to automatically create and update CRM records using documents uploaded through the Independent File Check feature. By analysing financial advice documents such as fact finds, suitability reports and illustrations, BAT extracts key datapoints and converts them into structured client and policy records.

Removing the need for manual data entry, allowing your CRM to be populated automatically from the work you are already completing.

How it works

Once a document is uploaded, BAT processes the information and creates updated CRM records within around 30 to 60 seconds. These records are then reflected across your Client Book and Business Book, ensuring your data and MI reporting is always up to date.

When updates are made, the existing fact find is securely stored and replaced with the latest version, maintaining a clear record of changes while ensuring your CRM reflects the most current information.

This enhancement supports a more efficient, keyless workflow while improving the quality and timeliness of your management information.
