What has changed?
During the last year and a half, BAT has seen an incredible amount of updates in all parts of the platform, specially including our AI tool to other areas apart from file checking. Our completeness tool now sits on the business book so advisors can see first line the issues an advice record may have and fix them before it hits compliance. This has overloaded the platform in many areas, which is what we are now tackleing with this updates. Today we have rolled out an update that will speed up processing times, specially when loading and exporting the business book.
Part of a wider platform refresh
This improved vulnerable client check is the first step in a broader visual update. The same cleaner style will slowly roll out to other areas of the BAT platform over time.
