Product Update: Transfer Cases from Intelliflo Office to BAT
09/10/2026
If you're using BAT and Intelliflo Office (IO), today is your lucky day. The latest version of our integration is now available!
Our new IO Transfer integration allows you to transfer cases directly from Intelliflo Office into BAT.
We realised that our previous integration was designed to work with only a specific scenario. Over the past two months, we've been working on making it better.
Now, it's simple. Connect your accounts, find the IO case you want to check, and transfer the relevant information and documents in one click!
This means less duplication, fewer manual steps and a quicker route from the advice process to compliance review. It's another step towards making BAT your single source of truth for compliance.
Getting started
If your company doesn't have this module activated, head to Clients → BAT Store and request access to the IO integration.
Once access has been granted, you'll see an IO Transfer option in the BAT Store, where you can access the feature.
How does it work?
Transferring cases from Intelliflo Office into BAT takes just a few steps.
Go to Clients → BAT Store → IO Hub → Link accounts
Make sure you have the IO reference number for the case you want to transfer, whether it's a policy or a service case.
Enter your IO reference number
Paste your IO reference number into the search field.
Alternatively, you can export a spreadsheet of your recent cases from IO and upload it directly into BAT.
Click "Fetch"
BAT will check the records and retrieve a summary of the cases found.
Review the results to make sure all the cases you want to transfer have been identified correctly.
Click "Transfer"
Once you're happy with the results, click Transfer.
BAT will bring the selected cases, including their relevant data and documents, into the platform for file checking.
Check your BAT Business Book!
Your IO advice cases and/or policies will now appear in BAT with their relevant information and documents.
From there, click Request File Check to start the AI-assisted compliance review.
Why have we introduced this?
BAT is designed to work alongside the systems advice firms already use.
For firms using Intelliflo Office, this integration removes an unnecessary part of the workflow: entering the same case information into two different systems.
Instead, advisers, administrators and compliance teams can move more quickly from the case held in IO to the compliance and file-checking workflow within BAT.
The aim is simple:
IO manages the advice case. BAT helps you check it.
