Our Intelliflo Office integration has just taken another step forward.
With Version 2, BAT can now bring across the data linked to a service case and/or plan directly from Intelliflo Office.
Bring the full case into BAT
Version 2 allows firms to transfer the key information associated with a case, including:
- Client data
- Adviser data
- Plan data
- Documents
All of this can be transferred into BAT in just one click.

The integration removes the need to manually re-enter information that already exists in Intelliflo Office.
Instead of moving between systems, copying details and uploading documents separately, firms can bring the relevant case information into BAT together, reducing administration and helping teams get cases ready for review faster.
