Our team has been working hard on an exciting new update, arriving in BAT over the coming weeks.
This release introduces a powerful new capability: BAT will automatically create CRM records from documents uploaded through the file check feature.
This enhancement is designed to supercharge your BAT platform, capturing updates to your fact finds, improving data accuracy, and enabling real-time company reporting.

File Check Sign Off now available for RI and Directors

Based on valuable client feedback, we’re introducing a new feature that allows advisers and company directors to sign off compliance cases.
Previously, cases that were not classified as “Suitable” remained on the file checking list, causing it to grow over time. With this update, authorised users can now sign off cases once all required actions have been completed, helping to keep your workflow clear and manageable.
Signing off a case confirms that all feedback provided by IFAC or your internal compliance teams has been fully addressed.
